Practice Information:
Our 2026/2027 season we will practice on Sundays at Fortified Fitness located at 203 SouthPoint Ct.
Level 1 - 2-3pm
Level 2 - 2-3:30pm
Level 3 - 2:30-4pm
Our first practice will be June 21st!
